Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to any quote, supply or installation work carried out by KSC Carpets, trading from 4 Alexandra Rd, Gorseinon, Swansea SA4 4NJ. By accepting a written quote from us, you agree to these terms.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Quotes are based on the information and measurements taken at the time of survey. If site conditions change or additional preparation work is required, we will issue a revised quote before proceeding.

For most domestic jobs we require a deposit on order to cover materials. The balance is due on satisfactory completion of the work. Commercial accounts may be invoiced separately by prior agreement. We accept bank transfer, card and cash.

Typical lead time from order to install is 1–3 weeks depending on stock availability and your preferred dates. We will confirm a firm install date in writing once materials are confirmed.

Unless agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for clearing rooms of furniture, electricals and personal items prior to installation. Lifting and disposal of old flooring can be quoted as an additional service.

All domestic installations carry a 1-year workmanship guarantee from our fitters covering seams, joints, gripper, doorbars and fitting standards. This is in addition to the manufacturer's product warranty, which varies by range and is passed on in full.

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by range. We will pass these on in full and handle any warranty claim on your behalf.

For off-the-premises contracts under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel an order. Bespoke or cut-to-size goods that have already been ordered or cut to your specification are excluded from this right.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter which it would be illegal to limit. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the value of the contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
